PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) – Portland law enforcement say two men and women have been billed immediately after a section of the Montavilla community was shut down Tuesday morning although officers searched for a suspect who may possibly have been armed.
Police explained to FOX 12 responded to a simply call at 7:22 a.m. from a target of an armed carjacking, who noted their vehicle had been stolen at gunpoint. The vehicle was uncovered in a business enterprise parking large amount in the 9200 block of Southeast Stark Road.
