WESTFIELD Heart, Ohio — Investigators in Medina County are turning to know-how to search for clues in the perplexing disappearance of 53-yr-aged Jane Milota.
The Medina County Sheriff’s Office flew a drone with a 4k camera and thermal imaging around wooded locations in Westfield Center on Friday afternoon.
Detective Larry Covey, who operated the drone, reported he was wanting for Milota’s lacking car—a brown Buick Enclave—or anything else that appeared out of the normal.
“I am on the lookout for any path that perhaps we could not see employing Google Earth that is new that we go wander in,” Covey stated. “Clearly, if I get get back and I can see tire tracks heading by means of a discipline that shouldn’t be there into a set of woods, anything just just about anything that we can go on at this point.”
Jane was previous viewed about 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 9 dropping off her adult son, who has autism, at his task at The Westfield Inn.
She did not demonstrate up for her shift at Arby’s off Route 18 that day and did not return to her home in Medina Township. Her partner, Warren Milota, then known as police.
Jane’s cell mobile phone was left at dwelling and she isn’t going to use credit history playing cards, generating it almost unattainable for law enforcement to observe her movements.

Police realize the drone exertion is a prolonged shot, but it can be another tool to aid in the desperate research. Medina Township law enforcement have also reviewed surveillance video clip from nearby companies and asked for license plate visitors be checked in Ohio and neighboring states.
Although law enforcement have said there are no signs of foul participate in, concern is mounting the for a longer time the mom continues to be lacking.

Jane is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 140 kilos. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes. She has a Papa Smurf with a soccer ball tattoo on just one calf and a butterfly tattoo on the other calf.
A vigil for Jane is planned for Tuesday evening at the sq. in Medina.
